At Let me love your hair we understand things happen therefore a 10 minute grace period will be added to every appointment. After 10 minutes a $25  late fee will be added to your service total. After 30 minutes you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

A consultation and $25 non refundable deposit is required on all color services to book an appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the service balance.

All extension services require a 50% non refundable deposit in order to book your appointment and is due at the time of booking, the deposit will be applied to your service balance.

Our waiting area is limited and can accommodate our clients only. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional persons besides yourself to wait for you while you're being serviced. Young children being serviced should have a parent present.

 Please allow enough time for your service, we ask that you don't make any other appointments after your scheduled appointment time as we can not guarantee when you'll be finished but can only give you an estimated time as to how long your service may take.

In order for another client to have the opportunity to have your same appointment time, please give 24 hrs notice when canceling an appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your total service charge being added to your next appointment or it will be charged to the credit card on file. Thanks
